Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unopened fragrance in its original designer packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
